* Ordering takes 3-4 weeks from when I receive the pictures

* 15-30 pictures (5x7) (4x6)

* If possible send copies instead of orginals, for I am not responsible for lost photo's

* Please number the back of the photo if you would like them in a specfic order

* When checks or money orders clear then I will mail out your DVD set, if you give me your email address or phone number I will let you know when your DVD set will be shipped out.

Attention: By signing this order form, you agree to all terms:

1) Payment made by Checks/Money Order (when they clear i will mail out your DVD set.

2) You will receive your orginal pictures back on a CD ( I will return them in the same condition as I receive them)

3) All Music is purchsed by me on I-Tunes if there is a specfic song there will be an additional charge of $1.00 per song.

4) Shipping/Handling, CD, DVD, and music is included in price (unless a song that I don't have then it will as stated above in #3)

5) Your DVD set will be mailed by the United Postal Service with confirmation delivery and insurance.
